Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Washington

Experience:
I worked as a pharmacy technician trainer for 15 years, training others and auditing Medicare Part B across multiple states. I also worked at Eastern State Hospital on the weekends, gaining experience in inpatient pharmacy.

Later, I became the Division Pharmacy Scheduler for Oregon, Idaho, and Eastern Washington, overseeing 130 stores and 900+ employees.

In 2017, I returned to Yakima and managed Astria Family Medicine Clinics before becoming an Administrative Assistant at CWFM in 2019.

On the side, I owned my own canvas art business for several years called Chanda’s Ink, instructing wine & paint nights for various events. Now I am the Residency and Clinic Program Scheduler, focusing on scheduling and learning all about ACGME requirements.

I aspire to:
I aim to learn as much as possible in my new role to drive positive change and ensure structural consistency. I’m passionate about helping others and making a difference each day, even if it’s just providing our providers with a bit of work-life balance amidst the challenges of healthcare.

Why CWFMR:
I grew up in Yakima surrounded by generations of providers and healthcare professionals. My passion for the medical field and helping those in need has always been strong. I am very proud of our mission and the unwavering dedication we bring to developing our residents and serving our patients and community.
