This year our faculty was able to gather in person for their annual Faculty Retreat. It was held at Canyon River Ranch, a beautiful resort along the Yakima River.
The day long event was attended by all residency faculty: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, and Behavioral Health. Our agenda included strategizing programmatic issues, curriculum assignments and processes, a Fierce conversation module and other relevant activities.
It was a pleasure to watch our faculty collaborate and work together to solve residency issues and problems; they are a dedicated and knowledgeable group of physicians.
They ended the day with a Happy Hour and Eco River Tour. The food was fabulous and we were well cared for by resort staff.
