Hobbies:

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me swimming, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, browsing local farmers markets, or gardening. I also love spending quality time with my family and dog whenever I can.

Why do you want to work for CHCW?

I am drawn to this program because of its welcoming, supportive environment and strong commitment to serving underserved and diverse communities. Through my experience volunteering at a free clinic in Dallas, as well as working at Parkland Hospital/UTSW in clinical research, I developed a deeper understanding of healthcare disparities and the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care. I especially value the program’s focus on integrated behavioral health, continuity of care, and whole-person medicine, which closely align with my passion for primary care, mental health advocacy, and addressing healthcare disparities.

I aspire to..

be a compassionate and dependable family physician that patients and families can rely on for care, guidance, and support through every stage of life
