Dr. Caitlin Hill has been named Residency Program Director! Dr. Hill has been with the program since 2017 and has been the Interim Program Director since January 2022.

During this time she worked tirelessly to grow, broaden and strengthen our resident learning experiences and will continue to do so in the years to come. Her vision includes a commitment to global medicine, rural medicine, OB and inpatient training and developing internal medicine and emergency medicine curricula using our new Sim Man.

Dr. Rhonda Edison joins our Leadership Team as the new Rural Site and Osteopathic Director and will oversee the Ellensburg residency. Dr. Ragina Lancaster continues in her role as Associate Program Director and Director of Osteopathic Medicine.

The strengths of our program remain the same: our amazing faculty, our continued strong community involvement and support, our connection with the WWAMI network, and the diverse opportunities that our residents get training in, including rural and underserved communities. Our program is healthy and secure, and we have the full support of our sponsoring institution.
