April Newsletter 2018
This past month we matched our 26th class. What a change over the years. Some of you around the corporation were not yet conceived when we found out about our first class. And that first class interviewed in a building (216 N 40th Ave) that had a black tarpaulin ceiling for part of the interview season. Once upon a time we had colder winters with more snow.
Our interview season did not involve construction or plastic ceilings, or much snow. What a set of wonderful changes.
As with all years, this is a unique class.
However, we have set three records:
- We matched 7 osteopathic physicians
- We matched 5 students from PNWU
- We have two couples joining us.
Four residents did rotations with us, three residents speak Spanish, and two have a work history within the behavioral health field.
Our new residents, starting June 25th, our 26th matriculating class, are:
Kristina Bowen (Eburg) – Pacific Northwest University of the Health Sciences
Cierra DeLay (Eburg) – Pacific Northwest University of the Health Sciences
Anh Bui – Saba University School of Medicine
